Returnista aims to improve the most underdeveloped block of the customer journey: product returns. The young company offers an on-demand return service, enabling online retailers to offer their customers a exceptional returns experience by collecting the return parcels where and whenever a customer wants it. Returnista, founded in early ’17, currently offers the on-demand service in the Netherlands and works for large e-tailers such ASOS, Decathlon and MyJewellery.


In a joint effort between Returnista and Grand Digital, we have managed to build dashboards for Returnista’s e-tailer customers. The dashboard gives information on live-tracking, insights and enables a user to edit, cancel or create a pick-up.
